The cell walls are designed to be permeable,
allowing hormones and nutrients in while expelling toxins and
waste out.

Eating bad oils and toxin-loaded foods clog up
our cell walls, making them crusty and brittle, so the cells can
no longer take in the nutrients and hormones that we want them to
absorb.

That is exactly what happens in diabetes.
Insulin, which is a hormone produced by the pancreas, can no
longer get into the cell. Insulin is responsible for opening the
door in the cell wall to get the sugar in to help regulate your
blood sugar levels. When the insulin cannot get into your cell
because the cell walls are clogged up due to bad oils and toxins,
this creates diabetes.

Over time, this excess insulin in the blood that’s floating
around unable to be absorbed into the cells, makes it’s way into
the brain. The accumulation of insulin in the brain over time
leads to Alzheimer’s disease.

Clean up your diet, only use and cook with
healthy oils like olive and coconut oil, avoid conventional and
processed foods, which often come loaded with agricultural
toxins, and eat clean and organic foods.
