Sugar, especially fructose, has been shown to be associated with
shortening the lifespan in numerous scientific research studies.
It has been associated with eating disorders, blood platelet
aggregation (blood clots), neuropathy, diabetes, and more.
Currently, 50% of all children in the United States have at least
one chronic disease. This is likely due to a variety of factors,
however the toxic environment we are raised in plays a major
role. Toxins abound in the food we eat, water we drink, chemical
cleaners and skincare products we use, and so on. Even while
inside our mother’s womb, we are absorbing whatever toxins she is
carrying and being exposed to.
One thing is clear, our health can be dramatically changed for
better or worse by diet alone. However, to really take your
health to the next level, it is essential to properly detoxify
your body, too.
