Setting goals for yourself is a powerful way to make changes
happen in your life. Physically writing down your goals sets the
process into motion. When you do this, you signal to your body
your intention of what you plan to accomplish.


There is a famous quote by Martin Luther King Jr. which states,
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first
step.” By taking the first step in faith, you will find each step
up towards your goal revealing itself to you along the way. Start
drawing out your road map and how you plan to reach your
destination, and be open to being shown new steps along the way.
