In episode 4, Jacob lectures on chapter 4 of Peter G. Northouse's
"Leadership: Theory and Practice." He provides an overview of the
behavioral approach to studying leadership, details specific
elements of the well known Blake and Mouton Grid, and concludes
with strengths and criticisms of the model.

In the Rapid Fire Interview segment, Jacob discusses leadership
philosophy and the behavioral approach that great leaders possess
with Portia Hoeg (@CentConfExecDir), the Executive Director of
the NCAA Division III Centennial Conference. For those interested
in diversity and inclusion, and a daily dose of positivity,
Portia is a great follow on Twitter!

During the conversation, Portia emphasizes that great leaders
behave in ways that let followers know they are cared for. She
offers the President Teddy Roosevelt quote "People don't care how
much you know until they know how much you care" and the motto
"Lift As You Rise" as exemplars of her leadership philosophy.

And in the spirit of being a family-first leader, Portia's young
child offers some thoughts too!

Let Jacob know your thoughts at @TingleJK.
