The Take Home: Season 1, Episode 6

In episode 6, Jacob lectures on chapter 6 of Peter G. Northouse's
"Leadership: Theory and Practice." He describes the Path-Goal
Leadership perspective, discusses the basics of how the Path-Goal
Model works, and concludes with strengths and criticisms of the
model. 


In the Rapid Fire Interview segment, Jacob discusses leadership
philosophy and the Path-Goal approach with Katie Davison, the
Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy & Business
Development at Minor League Baseball.


Katie indicates it's her leadership mission is to grow, inspire,
and lead others to develop their own road map. Her focus on
transformational change and its relationship to genuine curiosity
is an important lesson for leaders at all levels. She also shares
why life long learner and why it's exciting to learn new things.
Her motto: "There are no bounds to what you can learn" should
serve as a North Star for us all.
