The Take Home: Just Us Gals

This summer, I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No
new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing
podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport
Professionals class. 


In today's bonus episode, The Take Home is turned over to Avery
Tuggle, Addison Swofford, and Denise Turati's production: Just Us
Gals.


Avery and Addison interview Ali Nelson and Maggi Linker of
Humanex Ventures. Ali and Maggi discuss why self-awareness is THE
key to bring a strong leader. They also detail why great leaders
are willing to be vulnerable and how vulnerability is tightly
coupled with self-awareness.  Maggi and Ali also describe
why leaders should focus on developing a strong organizational
culture in order to achieve goals.
