The Take Home: LeadHer

This summer, I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No
new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing
podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport
Professionals class. 


In today's bonus episode, The Take Home is turned over to
Kristina Kish, Cat Patterson, and Emily Vaclavik's production:
LeadHer. In the show they interview Erica Perkins Jasper, the
Director of Athletics, Physical Education & Recreation at
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Erica discusses kindness, why paying
attention to personal and professional growth is a key element of
strong leadership, and the value of saying YES to
opportunities. She also highlights the concept of leading from
the bench; a topic which connects nicely to lessons shared by
many other guests on The Take Home.
