This summer, I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No
new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing
podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport
Professionals class. 


In today's bonus episode, The Take Home is turned over to Drake
Eggerss and Corey Cater's  production: Diamond in the
Rough. In the show they interview Jeremy Wolf, the Co-Founder
& Director of Outreach at More Than Baseball. Jeremy is a
high energy guest who talks about why camaraderie, culture, and
high expectations are key elements to organizational success. He
also talks about More Than Baseball and why the work they do to
support Minor League baseball players is so important. Jeremy
emphasizes the values of kindness and empathy, and details why
strong leaders develop a team-first mentality throughout the
organization.
