This fall, I'm rereleasing all eight episodes of season 1, but
cutting out the lecture portion of the podcast. I hope you

In this episode, I interview Bob Wallace, Chair of the Thompson
Coburn Sports Law Group. He indicates that the best leaders are
those who emerge, based on their behaviors, rather than simply
being appointed. Bob details why he believes great leaders are
empathetic, good listeners, have emotional intelligence, and are
kind. His story about the equipment manager who said, "You always
spoke to us" exemplifies all four of those leadership principles!
