In this bonus episode of The Take Home, I have the good fortune
to speak with Dr. Danny J. Anderson (@TU_President19), Trinity
University's19th President. During our conversation he describes
what attracted him to Trinity (@Trinity_U), why being genuinely
curious is important for leaders, and the concept of Above the
Line vs. Below the Line leadership. Dr. Anderson also details the
lessons he's learned as a university president, his thoughts on
Trinity's future, and why intercollegiate athletics are important
to the mission and outcomes for elite, private liberal
arts institutions

It was a privilege and joy to have Dr. Anderson on a guest a few
weeks before he retires from a long and distinguished career in
higher education. I hope you enjoy hearing his perspective on
life, education, and leadership.

Send me your thoughts and let's keep the conversation going
on Twitter (@TingleJK) or on LinkedIn.
