Leadership Foundations with Paul McGinlay

In the first episode of season 3, I lecture on chapter 1 of Peter
G. Northouse's "Leadership: Theory and Practice." General
concepts of leadership are discussed, the term is defined, and
there's a special focus on the connection between leadership and
power.


In the Living Leadership Interview segment, I'm lucky to have the
chance to discuss leadership philosophy with Paul McGinlay, the
Head Coach of the Trinity University Men's Soccer team
(@TrinitySoccerTX). Paul has significant leadership experience in
intercollegiate and international soccer and he brings a unique
perspective on what it means to lead both on and off the pitch. I
