Solar + Depreciation

In this week's podcast we discuss the upcoming changes in the
depreciation benefit for commercial solar projects.
 Assuming a $100k project, the  amount that is
depreciable is $85k, multiplied by the federal tax rate of 21% =
$17,850.  Starting in 2023, that amount drops to $14,280.
 Make sure to consult with your tax professional if you plan
to complete a commercial solar project in the next 12 months.
