Summary:

and encourages us to do a self-check. What is our level of
satisfaction in each dimension? How do we increase our
satisfaction? How important is it to take care of ourselves
first? In today’s busy world, people tend to drown in their daily
tasks and responsibilities, putting aside their own personal
