Joseph invites you to participate in these exercises so that you
can experience deep relaxation and rest. These superscripts will
encourage you to clear your mind and expel any negative energy
and stressors—bringing you to a whole new place of peace and
relaxation.

left shoulder and say, “It’s okay, it’s not my

tension on your right hand
