Forgive yourself and/or others for things in the past that has been
weighing you down. Stop resenting, begrudging, and bullying
yourself for things you’ve done in the past and decisions you’ve
made that f**kd everything up. Do this: 1. Create a video. From
yourself to yourself asking for forgiveness and for what
specifically. 2. Watch it. Think of this as if it were your closest
friend asking for forgiveness. And when you feel ready... 3. Create
a second video forgiving yourself and why you’re forgiving
yourself. 4. Watch it. Feel it. 5. Delete it. Permanently. It’s a
representation of letting it go. Forever. I will never forget when
I did this with myself. A letter wasn’t enough. I had to see my
eyes and feel my emotions for me to finally be able to forgive
myself. And frankly, looking at myself in the mirror was a bit
creepy. I sobbed, was relieved and within a couple of days, I felt
so much better. At peace. And feeling sexy!
