In this episode of Teshuah Unveiled, Bradley and Pastor Sam
continue to discuss the work of God being done to help victims of
sex trafficking, this time from a perspective of the hope that we
have in the gospel of Christ as our only recourse in a world
plagued by much darkness. Conversation Highlights [04:03]
Bradley starts by highlighting a few key statistical facts about
sex trafficking. [10:51] Are we going to live in the shadow of sin
or are we going to live in the shadow of the cross? [10:56]The
shadow of sin points out all the problems. [13:20] The Just shall
live by Faith. (Hebrews 10:38) [15:20] Bradley, on a side note
tells us about Kombucha Tea. [27:10] "When you step into the things
of God and start moving into those things, there's going to be
attacks”. [32:57] There is a time when it is sinful to pray over an
issue and that is when we have found God's will concerning it and
it's time to go forward. (Exodus 14) [36:03] Take every thought
captive. (2 Corinthians 10:5) [52:54] There are two major impulses
for man; impulse to own property(dominion) and sexual desire.
(Genesis 1:27-28) [54:58] When sexual desire is altered as in
victims of sexual abuse, it can only be corrected by reprogramming
through the scriptures. Remarkable Quotes: [11:26] "If we live in
the shadow of the cross we realize that there is victory over that
sin, but it's only through the blood of Jesus Christ" [29:20] "Once
you know the will of God, stop looking for the will of God".
[36:51] "If we don't take every thought captive, then we're
allowing ourselves to be led into temptation". Resources Teshuah
