Vic Moea- aka- Chef Vic Vegas starts out this interview with how
it started with his family and how taking a job as a dishwasher
was what he needed to get going in the culinary industry. As a
self-taught chef we hear about the early beginnings, his mentors
(which will surprise you), taking his ceiling to make it his
ground for each step in his journey. 


Chef speaks about wanting to learn from not just one restaurant
in a casino but ALL of them, get some insight into a kitchen for
banquets and a Vegas buffet! The backstory of getting on the Next
Food Network Star, what life was like on the show and being the
expert chef for Bar Rescue.
