Lian is deeply passionate about her career, her clients, and her
lifestyle. All this is discussed in length on the show. She talks
openly about her high school struggles which could be a podcast
of its own. The “A Ha” moment to go into the fitness industry and
her early jobs and companies she started. 


We talk through 2011 when she made a few lifestyle changes, what
they mean to her today, and how Work-Grind-Fly started the
movement to today’s model of the L3 Method. Lian goes back to her
two back surgeries, why there was a second one, and her ups downs
with being a bikini competitor and a bodybuilder. We end with an
in depth talk about L3 Method and what she has done to stay
motivated with being home while the gyms are closed.
