Learn where the name Rendy comes from and who he was as child
that grew up in New Orleans. He started sweeping floors for the
Messina Brothers at age 13 and after college became their
National Director of Concerts. Being Rendy is a man of faith he
received his degree in religious education, and he explains if
this was his original career path. 


Hear what the day-to-day grind of being on the road is like, how
he discovered Little Big Town, and was the deal with Jars of Clay
wasnsigned on a napkin? He tells us who was the first artist he
represented and the pros and cons of managing artists. Rendy
tells us the size of his team, how he stays organized and then
the story of how he got connected with Daryl Worley and started
Tennessee River Run. 


What made him decide to head to the Florida panhandle to begin
Gulf Coast Jam? We discuss the success of the festival in June,
How the workers and performers were acting, and a sea plane
incident!


Hear who the headliners are for the Labor Day Pepsi Gulf Coast
Jam event, how to purchase tickets, and a story about a headliner
who fell ill and could not perform in 2019 and who played the
next night that saved the show. Rock festival- SandJam is coming
in October of 2021.


Rendy gives his take on the future of live music, along with the
music business heading back to singles, and we end the show with
what he would like his legacy to be.
