Citadel. Former Philadelphia police officer, consultant for Black
Brothers Inc. episode on series of American Gangster. His
writings include police legitimacy, securities fraud,
professional sports gambling, organized crime, and more!


Sean explains what molded him to what he is today that includes
his background in law enforcement and how he became a professor
