The founder of Belevo and Edesia Oil Co begins the show with
telling you his story of growing up in his Italian family where
his grandmother introduced him to fresh food and still having
traditional Sunday Dinner. Canning and growing tomatoes, peppers,
& eggplant in the backyard!


His former Staten Island pizzeria that he had which leads to the
family background from a small town in Sicily. Today he has a
smaller pizzeria in Manhattan in Hells Kitchen now that led to
the discovery of Belevo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend which landed
him in the oil business. Joe gives you the big business of scam
oils which makes more than selling cocaine!
