longest serving first time non-violent offender that was given a
life sentence without parole. After serving 32 years and being
the most appealed prisoner, he was released. 


George explains what Gunman’s Row in Philadelphia where he grew
up and as a two-year old seeing Benny the Gimp get shot in front
of him. He was given the nickname of Cowboy, which he hates, and
how that name started. 


Great stories about his days dealing marijuana and how a diamond
that was sewn into his pocket saved his life. His conversation
with Pablo Escobar is a good one! Why Washington squeezed him
after getting arrested is a great story in itself. George is the
real-life man from the movie-Con Air and recalls the hijacking on
the plane. He is a prolific writer that all began when he was
locked in a boxcar cell for two weeks and found a pencil.
