his scope to encompass diverse cuisines through journalistic
exploration.


He shares insights into the divergent culinary landscapes of New
York versus Las Vegas, segueing into the innovative food scene
flourishing in Vegas. The intricacies of composing negative
reviews are discussed, alongside a rundown of his podcast, "Food
& Loathing," and the accompanying app, "Neon Feast."


He points out dining establishments both on and off the Strip,
highlighting potential disparities between the two locales.
Engaged within the food and beverage community as a journalist,
