Ken Wiebe and Sean Reynolds of Sportsnet dive into the Winnipeg
Jets 4-3 overtime loss to the Washington Capitals on Tuesday. The
Jets jumped out to a 2-0 lead, gave up the next three goals and
then secured a point with an extra-attacker marker with 65
seconds to go in regulation. Cole Perfetti scored his first NHL
goal and continues to impress, while playing an expanded role
with Pierre-Luc Dubois and Kyle Connor (who each produced a goal
and an assist). The Jets are now 17-12-6 and face the Nashville
Predators on Thursday in Music City.
