day when head coach Rick Bowness announced that right-winger
Blake Wheeler and Nate Schmidt had joined the list of the walking
wounded that are sidelined longer-term. The Jets got goals from
Kyle Connor, Kyle Capobianco, Neal Pionk, Sam Gagner and Axel
Jonsson-Fjallby, three assists from Pierre-Luc Dubois and 22
saves from Connor Hellebuyck as they improved to 20-9-1 on the
season. The Jets face the Seattle Kraken on Sunday night.
