over the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday to snap a five-game losing
skid. Adam Lowry snapped a 35-game drought, Morgan Barron snapped
a 20-game slump and Connor Hellebuyck made 14 saves during the
third period. Vladislav Namestnikov made a solid debut and Josh
Morrissey had another outstanding showing, chipping in two goals
and an assist to pace offence. The Jets improved to 36-25-2 and
will continue a three-game road trip on Monday against the San
Jose Sharks.
