In this episode we review an Arsenal U10 training session and
talk to the awesome coach Paul Barry who delivered it. Paul is
lead coach for the U10's at Arsenal and was kind enough to allow
us to observe one of his fantastic sessions and then gave up his
time to share his coaching journey and talk us through the
