is currently coaching/managing a boys U10’s team. Mark is also
one of the Football Development Officers at the teams grassroots
club.


We discuss what was in place at 5 aside to help with the
transition to 7 aside, the 7 aside formation chosen, squad size
and recruitment, as well as training structure and playing
principles. Mark also discusses some of the challenges of moving
to 7 aside and shares his `top tips` for coaches who may be on a
similar journey.
