spent in academy football, as well as the evolution of the
Football Fun Factory (FFF) since its inception in 2019. We
discuss how to create a great training environment that delivers
on both fun and development for the players. Jonny also shares
his thoughts on what he believes makes a `super star` coach and,
like all our guests, the one thing he would change in the world
of coaching.
