In this episode we talk with Ross O’Kane about his experience of
coaching in the academy system for the past twelve years.


Ross talks to us about his time as foundation phase lead coach at
Luton FC and his approach to coaching. We discuss how academies
approach player development, how sessions are structured and when
a player might be played in a specific position. Ross also tells
us about Street Football Tournaments and why he felt the need to
set it up.
