Smith


In this episode we talk to Shane Smith about what is great
coaching and how to support player development.


Shane has a BSc in Sports Science, an M.A. in Primary Education,
is a primary school teacher and a coach. We discuss what great
coaching may look like by reviewing the coach, the environment,
the challenges, and the session. Shane shares his experiences of
working and coaching in Ireland as well as his background of
coaching a variety of sports including Gaelic football.
