In this episode we discuss what is quality coaching? And the
importance of player engagement, especially with our youngest
players, with Faith Jasper, Coach and Recreational Therapist


Faith tells us about her playing and coaching journey and how she
started coaching at 14 years old. We discuss how Faith breaks
down her coaching methodology into the four moments of the game
and uses a combination of practical practice with some classroom
time to support player development. We also talk about the
importance of having a `common` language and ensuring players
feel part of the process.
