Ray tells us what he believes are some of the key topics youth
football coaches should have a good understanding of and why they
are important. We also discuss how important it is form coaches
to continue their own CPD and how they can go about this. Ray
also tells about his current role as Academy Manager at Boston
United FC and his online CPD coach development programmes.
