founder of PDS Coaching. 


Mark talks about his journey and what inspired him to spend the
past 30 years crafting his understanding and skills to help
others get the best of themselves.


We talk about how coaches can go about facilitating an
environment that promotes teams managing themselves, why this can
be helpful and some of the technique’s coaches can use to do
this.


Mark also tells us some of the `red flags` for us to avoid as
coaches and asks listeners to tell us what they will take from
the episode, what they will use and what they would like us to
