AON Global Risk Management Survey

In this episode of the ASIAL Security Insider Podcast, we speak
with Lynette Walsh, Regional Director at AON, Australia’s largest
insurance broker and ASIAL partner for 20 years.


Lynette discusses the findings of the 2019 AON Global Risk
Management Survey which involved responses from more than 2,600
risk managers from 33 industries, representing small, medium and
large-sized organisations operating in 60 countries. The aim of
the survey is to identify key risks, trends and challenges facing
organisations.


Lynette Walsh


Lynette has worked in a variety of roles in insurance broking
throughout the past twenty years. Originally working part time in
motor and personal lines insurances, she continued her career in
corporate broking becoming a specialist in managing property,
media and IT portfolios. Lynette has been the senior broking
contact for various industries, each with their own unique risk
requirements including complex liability, property, travel,
marine personal accident and professional exposures. Lynette has
taken on leadership positions since 2015 where she has applied
her Masters in Strategic Management, strengthening financial
results of her teams whilst improving customer service and
people/talent development.
