Our Guest today is Arin Lopez. Arin joined HID after ten years at
the Make-A-Wish Foundation, where he worked to recruit,
recognise, retain and engage a diverse workforce reflective of
the communities they serve.


During his time at the global non-profit, Arin partnered with
national and international affiliates to implement strategies
still in use around the world today. Prior to the non-profit
realm, Arin spent nearly a decade in the financial services
sector. In his global role, Arin partners with senior leadership,
regional stakeholders, and colleagues worldwide to develop and
implement sustainable, data-driven strategies that root
diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the
organisation.
