but it turns out, it's got surprising benefits that go well beyond
the basics. In addition to aerobic fitness, dancing can positively
impact all of our senses and lead to better cognitive health, while
also reducing stress and depression and connecting us to
others.

In this Bright Side Episode, Dr. Roger and Danielle are joined by

discuss the benefits of dance as well as the cultural richness
