The mother of all lawsuits has arrived. The left-wing
administration of Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and
Governor Gretchen Whitmer this May opened a new front in the War
on Industry by announcing their intention to sue fossil fuel
industries for bad weather they say is caused by global warming.
Nessel said the lawsuits will be modeled on the tobacco lawsuits
brought by Democratic Party attorneys general in the 1990s. 2
