About the Partners: Daniel A. Crespo is a partner with Bremer Whyte
Brown & O’Meara LLP in its Los Angeles office, directing his
focus is on complex civil litigation matters including personal
injury cases, habitability cases, construction defect cases, as
well as business litigation.

Michael D’Andrea is a partner based in the Los Angeles office of
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. He is a litigator and trial
attorney. His focus is in personal injury litigation, consumer
product litigation, commercial product litigation, premises
liability matters, environmental matters and toxic tort litigation.
He was also recently named as a Rising Star via Super Lawyer
