We all know someone who has struggled with a type of addiction,
whether it is food, money, or the more common, alcohol and drugs.
Many people have experienced unhealthy obsessions and habits that
may have been destructive to their life. Our guest on this
episode, Nancy McKay Helps Women Create A Life Filled With Joy,
Purpose and Freedom by Finding the Gift in Adversity. She can do
this because she has also dealt with addiction and adversity and
continues to overcome it by taking it day by day and helping
others. Nancy has been sober since March 2009 and is an ovarian
cancer survivor. Nancy J. McKay is a recovery and resilience
expert, a Life and Equus Coach who helps women find their voice
and build their courage. She is the founder of Amazing Outlook
Coaching and works with women virtually and with the help of
horses, to uncover the limiting beliefs that are keeping them
stuck in the muck. Nancy is no stranger to this, she has overcome
her alcohol addiction and continues to work each day at this and
now helps other people overcome theirs through equine coaching.
