a functional medicine nutritionist, a certified pilates
instructor and much more. She herself has her own journey of
breast cancer.
She talks about how an individual can exercise smarter rather
than harder and stressing themselves and, in the result, making
their new year’s resolution work.
She points out the benefits, main motive and what are the causes
which do not lead to weight loss even after exercise. She further
explains what the body really needs, how muscle balance is the
key to best exercise and how to overcome knee pain. She concludes
by stating "If you feel worse it's not good."
