simplest thing. People can't do something because they haven't
convinced themselves to do it. He asks us to find the cant and
know what we can do. He explains if you can't exercise because of
your knee don't use your hands instead. He gives different
exercise tips that we can swap instead. You can change your
mindset, relabel and redefine your definition of exercise. He
also gives tips for people who do not want to exercise because of
the weather. He shares his personal story of why he changed and
upgraded. He explains how motivation is not something you get but
something you set up along with its types. He motivates by saying
Train to be the person you want to be tomorrow and concludes by
