Why are we Destroying peoples Confidence?

Why is it people are afraid to ask questions, or go out of their
way to talk to people? It's because we have destroyed peoples
confidence. Most people are afraid to do anything with the fear
of looking stupid. Why? Because most of us have been told our
whole lives that this is stupid and that is stupid. Nothing is
really that stupid and if you're around someone who thinks
everyone is stupid, get rid of them.
