Charles Bonnet Syndrome (CBS) is a common, but little known
condition which refers to the silent visual hallucinations
experienced by people who have lost part or all of their sight.
They can often be distressing for patients and misdiagnosed by
professionals as being a mental health issue. In this episode of
the College's podcast, Martin and Daniel bring you a fascinating
conversation with Judith Potts, Founder of Esme's Umbrella, and
Nina Chesworth who lives with the condition.

Following her own mother's experience with CBS, Judith has been
tirelessly campaigning to raise awareness of the condition
amongst the public and professionals alike.
