Wisdom: What is it and How do we get it? // Meaningless Part 3

There’s a reason the rearview mirror is smaller than the
windshield. We must glance back occasionally to move forward
effectively. By paying attention to the good things God is doing
day-to-day, we're positioned to receive His wisdom and live out
His design for us.


 


This week, we are looking back so we can look forward with
clarity and purpose! As we dive into the wisdom of King Solomon,
we'll see God’s faithfulness and discover the opportunities
ahead. Embracing God's wisdom makes us stronger and better
prepared for the journey forward.


 


Proverbs 4:7 - “Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can
do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.”

where King Solomon writes on timeless wisdom; what is it, where

WISDOM IS LIVING LIFE BY GOD’S DESIGN


 


We live in an informational era. We have more information than
any other generation to date.


So what does wisdom look like? Knowledge coupled with action!
Jesus teaches about building on the rock or sand and putting it
into practice. The result is how you are living your life
out.

GODLY WISDOM STARTS WITH AND CONTINUES IN HUMILITY BEFORE GOD





The fear of the Lord leads us to a heart posture of humility. We
must be quiet enough and humble enough to receive God’s
answers. It is knowing God is on the throne and we are not;
that we are not who we used to be but not yet who we want to be.
