Ep. 132: The Tragedy of Macbeth; Two Dunce Caps Attempt Shakespeare

Josh and Carmela are really showing their genius this week as
they get into Joel Coen’s take on a classic: The Tragedy of
Macbeth. Although the Old English was a hurdle, our love for A24
doesn’t waver as we talk about the poetic style of it, the
cinematography, and whether or not anything is added by
readapting a 400 year-old work. We also get really into the
evolution of the English language, for some reason. Do we dare
challenge Ol’ William Shakespeare to a rewrite?
