 After graduating from George Mason's Wrestling Program, Jimmy
initially felt that his inability to devote his all to one lane was
a weakness. He gradually embraced what was his truth, and saw that
it was actually the strength in his ability to wear many hats that
allowed him to create his own path as a celebrity personal trainer,
background performer on SNL, and advertising copywriter. What he
found, was that by not building his entire identity round one
aspect of who he was, he was able to embrace the lessons that came
with each role and create more opportunity.  Today, Brrrn is
an acclamation of everything Jimmy is passionate about and has
similarly created a lane of its own in the fitness industry. The
first ever cool-temp fitness studio is 1 in 38,000 fitness concepts
that focuses on exercising below 72 degrees. From an idea sparked
while training a client in 2013 to breaking through the fitness
