EP.38 The Board Room - Susan Pace (Tallwoods Country Club)

Welcome to 2022 and I kick off the New Year with a brand new
segment called The Board Room.


The idea behind this segment is to give you an insight into the
people who are the decision makers at golf clubs and golf
courses. I want you to also get an understanding of who they are
and how that sets down a path for the future of the courses and
clubs they are behind. 


In this episode I chat with Susan Pace, General Manager and Owner
of Tallwoods Country Club. We discuss what a baptism of fire it
has been as the owner of a golf club especially one with a
difficult history. You'll hear about how Susan and her family
business got involved at Talllwoods. Susan also talks about the
passion they have for working hard with their team of staff to
turn the tide of past negativity into a shining light of
enjoyment so everyone can experience the tranquil and beautiful
location that is Tallwoods.
