E.113: FINDING GRACE IN THE GRIEF

In today's episode (EP:113), I am talking about grief and finding
grace in the grief! With so much loss this year, we have to start
having the conversation about how we are really dealing with the
grief of it all! Grief is universal and often causes great
suffering that is intimate and personal to the person who
experiences it. It's an overwhelming emotion that can take our
breath away, if you can't find grace in the grief!
