The Federation of Intergalactic Powers is under threat by
gigantic fortress spaceships which have suddenly appeared and
destroyed nearby civilization. When conventional defense tactics
fail, the Federation looks to find a specially selected person,
Hal Bailman and equip him with a special "Lightship".
